Have your SAY Public Consultation: Minister Byrne announces establishment of a Working Group to consider alternative approaches to the possession of drugs for personal use


The Government has established a Working Group to examine approaches other than criminal penalty for personal possession of illegal drugs.

The Working Group is looking for your opinion to be included in the recommendations they make to Ministers. This consultation is about illegal drugs only. It is not about alcohol or prescription drugs such as medicinal cannabis.
